Mildred M. Mickel

Esperance – Mildred M. Mickel, 99, passed away Thursday July 27, 2023. Born July 16, 1924 in Niskayuna she was the daughter of Floyd and Rita Mickel, Sr.

For 44 years, Mildred was a secretary for the General Electric Co., in Schenectady retiring in 1987. She was a member of the Esperance-Sloansville United Methodist Church and later of the Rotterdam United Methodist Church.

Along with her parents Mildred was predeceased by her sister Janet Fancher and brother Floyd Mickel, Jr.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1 pm on Friday, August 11th at Esperance Cemetery.
