Jessie Mcdougall

Duanesburg – Jessie McDougall, 98, passed away Wednesday April 11, 2018. Born in Duanesburg, Jessie graduated from Delanson High School and was a lifelong resident of Duanesburg. She was an office clerk for the General Electric Co. in Schenectady for 40 years retiring in 1980, where she was a member of the G.E. ¼ Century Club, the G.E. Women’s Club and the G.E. Athletic Association. She was also a member of Christ Church Episcopal in Duanesburg. Jessie loved to travel, which took her to many countries around the world.

She is survived by nieces and nephews; Bonnie McDougall Hetrick, Robert Donald McDougall, Jean Sweet, John Spangler, James Spangler, Ethel Mae Lincoln and Ricki Spangler.

She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 3 pm Friday at White-Van Buren Funeral Home 1779 Main St., Delanson.

Burial will be in Duanesburg Cemetery.
