Frederick Kosta 93, passed away after a brief illness. He was born on September 28, 1919 in New York City before moving to Quaker Street with his wife Michelle who predeceased him in 2009.
He worked for the Army Depot and the Schenectady County Highway Dept before retiring.
Fred is survived by his daughter Anne Hewitt and her husband Lee granddaughter Denise Beers and her husband Kevin, great grandchild Noah and Grady Beers of Texas and grandson David Rogers of Spencerport.
Calling period will be on Friday April 26, 2013 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am with interment in Grove Cemetery Quaker Street.
