Dennis Paul Durrant, Jr.
April 25, 1965 ~ June 1, 2026
On June 1, 2026, Denny went home to be with the Lord. A graduate of Duanesburg Central School, Denny was also a Navy veteran, serving two terms. He was on the U.S. Constellation aircraft carrier during the Persian Gulf War. Once leaving the military, he lived in San Diego, CA before moving to Seattle, WA where he worked for North Coast Electric. He enjoyed the Sea Hawks and Mariners. During that time, he was diagnosed with M.S., which eventually brought him back home to family. Denny enjoyed the Yankees and the New York Giants.
Denny is survived by his mother, Suzanne Durfee; his brothers, David Durrant (Melissa), Darrell Durfee (Rhonda), James Durrant, and Sean Durrant (Dezi); his step-mother, Sharon Durrant; his nephews, Dennis James, Preston, Rogan, and Barrett Durrant; as well as many other family members. He was predeceased by his father, Dennis P. Durrant, Sr.; and his step-father, Alton Durfee.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday June 19th at 10am at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville. Those wishing to attend must arrive at the cemetery no earlier than 9:40am and no later than 9:50am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National MS Society, P.O.
